At Elmeira Fashion, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 1 to 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Products must be shipped back in the original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perfume: To protect our customers and product integrity, perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after delivery. This includes unopened boxes, change of mind, dislikes, and gift returns.
  • Stripe Processing Fees: Please note that the processing fees charged by Stripe during your purchase are non-refundable.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Elmeira Fashion is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Eligible within 24 hours of delivery if you received:

    – Damaged/leaking bottle or broken atomizer/sprayer
    – Wrong item/variant shipped
    – Missing item in parcel
     
    If we cannot replace the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
     
     How to report an issue (within 24h)
     

    Email [email protected] with:

    – Order number
    – Issue description
    – Photos/video: full bottle, close-ups of damage/leak/sprayer, outer packaging + shipping label
     

    Tip: If you can, record an unboxing video—it speeds up approvals.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Ship the item back to us to ensure it is well-packaged and in its original condition.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

5. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Please note: The Stripe processing fee is non-refundable, and this will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, if the product is returned in its original condition.

7. Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns if the product has been worn, shows signs of use, or is not returned in its original condition.
  • Jewelry Care: Our products are imitation jewelry, and we recommend following the care instructions to maintain their quality. Avoid contact with water, chemicals, and perfumes, as this may affect the plating.
  • If you have sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding imitation jewelry, especially if you have known allergies or skin sensitivities.
